It’s not every day Nigella Lawson features one of your photographs, but this week she did, alongside a glowing review of OPA!. Recipes Inspired by Greek Tavernas by Helena and Vikki Moursellas.

Nigella wrote that OPA! made her feel like she was “on holiday already,” and after cooking the Patates Lemonates. Those golden, lemony Greek potatoes. She was “completely smitten.”

Photographing OPA! was all about capturing that warm, sun-drenched long afternoon lunch feeling. Olive oil glinting in the light, crisp salt on potatoes, the kind of glow that makes you taste summer. Seeing Nigella share my image on her site and fall for the recipe feels surreal and deeply rewarding.
